Hey gang:

Things do appear to be getting a lil' worse for our friends in State College, to wit:

Anesthesia Solutions, Inc. Files Chapter 11 Petition

STATE COLLEGE, Pa., June 19 /PRNewswire/ -- EquiMed, Inc. (Nasdaq: EQMDE - news) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Anesthesia Solutions, Inc. (''ASI''), has filled a voluntary petition for reorganization in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Harrisburg, PA. The petition seeks relief under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. The proceeding does not otherwise apply to EquiMed, Inc. or to any of its other assets.

So, one of their subs has bitten the dust. Wonder how much of their "Receivable from affliliates" line just went poof. I'll have to double check but I think EQMDE bought ASI from none other than Doug Colkitt last August.

I think the stock was halted after 3:45 PM. Too funny.
