Bill Gates used to own 40% of Microsoft. Now he owns something like 23%, meaning he's sold off over 42% of HIS holdings in one of the fastest growing companies in history. I think this is pretty conclusive proof that Bill Gates is an idiot and that he's completely dependent on other people making his money for him. He's lucky he's got an in with the Microsoft board of directors or they'd certainly fire his sorry butt. Just think, if he'd had the sense to keep those shares, he'd be richer than Bill Gates by now.:) Baird
