Humble thanks, DD, for the links, and your kind words!

Just got back from another trip, so please excuse my late reply.

Like the Mad one and many others, I've smelled trouble ahead for quite some time, and have been mostly cash for a while. Unlike some, I do not believe y2k stocks valuations will go up if/when the market really tanks. Margin calls and such will impact all stocks, is my take.

I've been searching for my y2k getaway, and found it! Have a verbal agreement to buy 80 acres of pristine wilderness with a 24 x 32 ft., 3/4 underground solar powered house, with a hand pump well and a sauna inside. Yes, it has a phone line. <g> It's incredible! Bears, cougars, wolves, eagles - heaven!

By the way, for those that missed the beginning, FBNA started around here: #reply-2397812 . Yes, my master was one of the founding associates. ;-)

Cheers,

Svejk
