I believe the info showing how many shares M Dell has left is wrong. I believe it is north of 100M. So when he sells 1m or so it really is a small %, and he's always getting more. I've watched this happen for the last 3 years. Every time Dell sells, people are saying AHA! But the stock keeps going up, and splitting, and with options he always ends up with more than he sells.
