Jules,

<<Perhaps someone can tell me why...that the financial news network has given NO notice of the actual defense mounted by Intel, in the Intergraph suit>>

Perhaps it's because they're biased towards reporting the negative.

It's called pandering to the masses.

Regarding my own reaction to Intel's response to the Intergraph suit, I am happy to see their aggressive position. Asking for a dismissal and summary judgement must have shaken up the Board at Intergraph to say nothing about the FTC and what this means for their ridiculous suit.

I feel more optimistic about the ultimate outcome now than I did yesterday.

I'm hoping my feelings will be reflected in some upward price movement starting soon.

Barry

Perhaps someone can tell me why, in view of all the air time that CNBC gave last week to the rumors of the then pending FTC action against Intel, that the finacial news network has given NO notice of the actual defense mounted by Intel, in the Intergraph suit? I also wonder why none of the analysts that we saw paraded on CNBC last week have not been asked onto CNBC to give their interpretation of
the Intel request for "Summary Judgement"

Did you notice in my latest news link that the trial date for the
Intergraph suit has been set for Valentine's Day in 2000? This is
a major victory for Intel. A two year breather is a heck of a lot
of time in this industry - plus the Intergraph suit is core to the
FTC case against Intel. This will setback the FTC's effort too.
