My guess is it's either Asia or lingering concern that they will overpay for a networker (or both). The news out of Japan that they will wait until July to announce details of the stimulus package looks like more stalling and could send markets plummeting on Monday. I had an order in to buy some ERICY at 25 5/8 but canceled it; it seems to have support there but I'm not ready to test that theory. The action's been too volatile to call a bottom yet, IMO. The market may be waiting to see what ERICY does before stability resumes. Great company, though. I guess one plus is it's no more expensive than NT is now, after it bought BAY, if I'm not mistaken. Good luck.
