Gavin, Chief, and Mr.Metals,

I have truely enjoyed and respected the information that all three of you have posted with respect to the Rock -- however, I am wondering if any of you could perhaps offer some advice on my current situation. I was lucky enough to pick up a private placement in February - which allowed me to buy 10,000 shares of rock resources at .30 and 10,000 shares the following year at .40. Without getting into too much detail -- my hold period as required by most/all private placements was 4 months and tomorrow I am allowed to trade my shares at will. Given the current price -- my profit margin will be minimal -- but I am getting a little worried about the performance of this stock. I talked to my broker yesterday (she knows Tom Kennedy well) and she was quite frustrated with the current level that it is trading at. Morever -- she said that everytime Tom is out of town - the share price drops dramatically.

So my question to all of you -is - Do you think that this company is worth holding on to -or should I get rid of these shares and move on to the next mineral find???

Thanking all of you in advance if you decide to respond
