For the plant to operate most efficiently, gypsum needs to be fed as one inch rock, therefore, any waste wallboard would have to be ground before-hand. That, coupled with the paper and paint problems would indicate that the raw ore is much cheaper. Now, if there was a major source of old wallboard, perhaps it would be feasible. Earthquake anyone? No, we don't want another one of those do we!

I do not have any estimate on the float and how many shares management controls. I think the float is fairly large, but that is just a guess.
