TJS: It looks like you have struck a nerve here. You know the one thing in this deal that "tickles" me a little is that Joe Lanza is being hoisted on his own petard. He sold all of us so much of his stock that he forgot to retain enough to keep control of the company. There is irony and poetic justice in that. Wes
