Insider Trading - some additional thoughts.

Insiders are probably prohibited from trading at this point in the earning announcement calendar cycle. My company (another small cap tech) has a trading black-out code of conduct which starts 15 days before the end of the quarter and extends until 48 hours after earnings are announced. I think this is an SEC requirements...?

Insiders who sold during the past six months cannot buy TDFX stock again right now no matter how much they might wish it because of the short swing rule which basically would wipe out any profit from the prior sale, per insider trading regulations.
