Couldn't access the article, John, but that's news to me. I was in Brussels last month and got the distinct impression that Y2K is still far down the list for many of the EU Member States, especially Germany. The Dutch prime minister has gone so far as writing Kohl, all but begging him to start addressing Y2K. Guess the forthcoming election is getting in the way . . . By the way, sure appreciate your virtual clipping service! Better than IDN's. (g) Ken
