Nope...Someone typically buys at the ask and typically sells at the bid...If the ask gets to .81 or lower, you should get your shares...

Interesting that again they held back a large trade till after the close.
Quote.com lists an 8000 share trade at 16:02 out of sequence (late).
I believe that makes three days in a row that has happened. If the MM's want this lower they will make it go lower. I sure hope they want it lots lower because I can get a lot more shares at .625 or .75 than I could at .875 or 1.00. A $10,000 investment at .75 is worth $33,333 more that $10,000 invested at $1.00, if this stock hits and goes to $10 share. If it does go to $10.00 a share it won't be for a long time. So you tax planners out there what's the best way to play this stock so we don't have to share with Uncle Sam.

about the sell to buy ratio deviating from 1.....i have an idea, but no one seems to be able to answer this question. my idea is that the volume count only includes shares bought and sold by the public and does not include shares shorted by the market makers (as for shares exchanged between market makers- i think they are included, but am not sure).

as such, more buys than sells would indicate that MMs or others (through canada, etc) are taking a short position and buying our shares- however, only the buy shows up the volume count. so, are more buys than sells good- i don't know. shorters seem to have their way with BB stocks....not always, but in general. i saw many buys outnumbering sells on DGIV many months ago as it headed up to $8 and it is now 50% and holding. i guess the count has not helped me very much and to be honest, i would prefer to see buys = sells and a strong, sustained movement upward and not have to worry about shorters and their tactics....if my guess is correct.

any ideas anyone?
