Did anybody just see what I saw? A 1000 share buy ticked the P up by $2! What that says to me is that despite all of the bad stuff this week, we still have a grip on this thing!

I think we should keep maintaining a share count. Also, I don't think it is appropriate for Gary to keep maintaining it. So, if no one else wants to keep up with it, I will be happy to. There are 300,000 total authorized, and of that, 90,000 is held by a capital investing firm, and 42,000 was in a private offering. This leaves 168,000 shares. I know I have 4711 of them. Where are the rest?

Of course, stating the number of shares you hold is completely voluntary. I can assure you that any information of that nature that I receive will be kept 100% confidential. The emphasis is on totals, not on what this person has or what that person has. My email address is AnnaMcM@mindspring.com if you want to participate.

Thanks,
:-)

ANd what are the names of these board members and how can they be reached? How can Spriggs be reached? What is the name of the Kentucky inventor? Where exactly was the plant? How do you spell HOAX? First the hype now the pacification.....A few questions remain...I trust Interpol and the FBI will do the asking next. Regards.

Yeh, that was the point I was trying to make. I've got one focus these days concerning MIDL, and that is candidates for acquisition. You have mentioned many times that you were sold on this investment because of the structure of the shell, long before the acquisition of Arcon. What is it about the structure of the MIDL shell that gives you this confidence?
