THEWIZ One has to be very careful on what can be posted here, but John will be organizing something through e-mail and we will support what ever they arrive at, as their group has similiar goals in mind as ours. Furthermore the biggest thing that is bothering us of the present managemnt is how can the board fire the CEO or COO, when they are the board. Their is no objective desicion making process in place at the board level, if these guys get voted back in again, they will be there for the next 12 months, with no way of getting fired. So to answer to your question on what to do, is to hang tough til Sunday, and proxy can still be done by fax on Monday. Angler
