An aquaintance speculated that perhaps Habash had been optioned more shares (and sold them), but I have no idea if this is the case.

I've put in limit orders to buy both the stock and warrants on the weakness. I'm doing a little bottom fishing here.

Also, I'm very encouraged by the President's open market buy at $2-1/32. To me, this shows a lot of confidence in the company, and suggests to me that the current stock price is very undervalued.

The warrants are also very attractive. However, I won't pay more than the bid of $1/8. The ask of $5/32 is simply too much of a spread by the MM.
