BE CAREFUL OF SECONDARIES

Take a look at SNDK last Oct/Nov. Goldman Sachs led and sold at $28 or so. The stock dropped almost form the next day and is now at $13.

What was that big jump in the stock price from high teens to low $20s over the last few days/week. I'd look into that one very carefully.

Nice company and good management but that may not have much effect on the share price after a secondary.
