On the phone last night with a relative who is a broker with Smith Barney Salomon in Boca. They are bullish on energy for 2 reasons: 1) Opec countries--particularly the M.East countries---cannot support their current infrastructure, let alone growth at $11 a barrel oil. Can't be done. They MUST come to an agreement to slow down production and bring the price of oil back up. 2) El Nino. This summer and winter will be opposites of last year. Expecting record breaking heat this summer and unearthly cold this coming winter. Lazarre
