Frankly that was more than 20 years ago. Let us not convict him again here. He might have screwed up royally, or might have simply overstepped some technical regulations (that is why I am paying lawyers an arm and a leg in while carrying on my own private placement, you can easily violate the securities law if you do not know what you are doing, without being actually a crook). I am sure that someone is going to find out the severity of of the infraction and post it here. Talking about skeletons in the closet. Zeev
