Hi Tom,

I guess you didn't understand the reference to the poison pill. S3 can't be taken out for less than $14 per share. Probably why short players scramble for the door anytime they hear a take over rumor. For example, if someone shorted a stock at say $5, and it went to say $14, they would loose all their money plus they would owe $4.
