I thought I would take a minute and share some information here, that I posted on another ABMI thread in answer to some questions about the meetings Steve Rash is attending this week in SLC and Chicago. Here it is: I'm going to copy your post and answer your questions to the best of my ability. I hope you will not be offended but I feel there were some inaccuracies in some of your statements that need to be addressed so here goes: >Thanks for the clarification, Jeff. Now, my question becomes: Why didn't we ALL know this?< If you were on my e mail list you would have known last Sunday night. Steve's flight arrangements simply were not finalized until that time. The reason I know this is that Brenda Greer was kind enough to set up this meeting with Steve Rash with investment friends in Salt Lake City. I wanted to go myself but could not do it midweek. Steve wanted to make a single trip from Houston in which he would have the meeting on SLC and the one in Chicago. Who can blame him? >Addresses to investor forums such as you have described are very common for biotechs. And, in my experience, most presenting companies issue some sort of press release touting the fact.< Actually it is usually the promoter of the meeting with analysts and brokers who generally issues the press releases for the meeting and what companies will be in attendance. Case in point this meeting in early May and the press release from a group called Informed Investors: biz.yahoo.com >This is another example of good news that would cost virtually NOTHING to ABMI to promulgate via press release, but once again the only source of this information for most ABMI shareholders has been an Idaho dentist. < Steve Rash is very conservative with the company's cash. It's a good thing too because when I first got into ABMI as an investment the company was literally broke. Now we have a $5 million equity line of credit. No need for anymore PP's for the time being. As far as press releases go they will never live up to every investor's expectations. >ABMI's unique approach to IR continues....< I see nothing unique in ABMI approach to IR. It's been woefully inadequate but then they had very little cash until recently. Coffin Communications will pick up the ball and run with it soon. As for me if you include me in that IR approach, all I can say is I try. >In any case, Jeff, thanks for telling us what the company should have, and very easily could have, told us itself. Your sharing of this info is much appreciated, given the vacuum of communication from the company itself.< I think ABMI has done a very good job getting real news out for investors. Far from a vacuum. In fact I think if the company had actually issued a press release about these meetings then they would have been accused of hyping themselves rather than me who usually takes the blame every time I share some insight on this company. Anyway you're welcome but only time will tell if these meetings will raise the price of our stock. I think they will but that is only my opinion. Finally please accept my apologies in advance if you found this post in any way offensive. We are almost all very long on ABMI and I only want to see us profit from our understanding of the company and it's stock. Regards, Jeff
