Sounds like you're on the right track. I think Colkitt did the ASI transaction to get the ASI debt off of his own balance sheet and onto EQMDE's. That guy is a pretty slick character, isn't he? Since the detailed financials were never published anywhere we can't know what the ASI related damage is going to be. Hopefully a good chunk of the "receivable from affiliates" line was due from ASI, we'll see.
