I agree. Gerry has enough money from shares sold over the last year that he does not have to worry about avants price/share but how to hide is money if he is convicted for his crimes. This guy is sitting on big money. I wonder if gerry had to pay for his own legal fees instead of the co (share holders) if he would of probably pleaded down the charges. There is a case in NJ were I Guy named Bob Brennan fought his criminal charges for seven years until he was finally found guilty. After ten years they finally said he had to pay for his own legal cost, of course his co. is no bankrupt. There was an article about Avant in fridays Individual Investors Daily. I don't have it but a friend is going to pass it off to me on Monday.
