STOP THE PRESSES!! FOR THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE CONFIRMATION THAT CRUS HAS REPURCHASED SHARES ON THE OPEN MARKET. MORE THAN 3.2 MILLION SHARES ALREADY PURCHASED (FOR $33.8 MILLION). I hope I am not the only one reading the 10-K. If you own CRUS, you have to read it. Look at the little gem that I found: 18. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to March 28, 1998 and through June 4, 1998, the Company has repurchased approximately 3.2 million shares of its common stock at a total cost of approximately $33.8 million. The repurchases were made under a common stock repurchase program approved by the Board of Directors for the repurchase of up to 10,000,000 shares of its Common Stock in the open market from time to time, depending upon market conditions, share price and other conditions.
