mike, if you go here investor.msn.com you will find this...

>>The forecast calls for DRAM sales to fall 27% in 1998. While the new numbers also cut estimates for 1999, that year still looks good for the industry. Growth is estimated at 17.2%, down from the previously forecast 19%.<<

hmmm, applying my thrid grade math, if you subtract 27% from 100 you get 73%. if you increase 73% by 19% then you are at 85% of current sales for 1999.

now, this is disasterous and s/b be enough to put mu out of business. it seems that this lack of third grade math amongst the "investment intellectuals" isn't enough for most of the does not allow them to put 2 and 2 together and even come close to 5 ;-) they just all go "duh" in unison and then say "19% sounds good ta me bubba. why don't ya go and buy some of them thar shares with some fund money. yo, it is gonna be rad to be able to legally drink in 1 and a half years, dude!"

what's up with this? i thought you needed "talent" these guys are seriously dumb and in lock step to boot. unreal.
