Doesn't chapter 7 use for reorganizing the business while putting all creditors/investors on hold until further notice, your share will trade under BB with a different symbol at a much lower price; and chapter 11 use for closing down the business and whomever on the list according to its priority will get his/her money until the company completely liquidated its asset ? company will no longer exist after chapter 11. If you are a share holder then it becomes worthless, actually 1/3 of the original value for tax write off.

Personally, I think Bost will try to buy time by doing chapter 7 to reorganize itself if it is under too much pressure from creditors.
