I sure hope your message reporting the class-action lawsuit is a joke! But, I'm sure it's not. It's the legal profession's idea of free enterprise. (As a law graduate, I still find it amazing that a suit can be filed without a plaintiff.)

I feel really stupid investing in a company that may be a fraud(I'm significantly long). I believe that there really is a product that does what they say it will do. I guess the question is whether the product can be produced and sold at a level of cost and sales that will turn CCSI into a successful business. Sadly, these lawsuits will drain time and resources that can better be used to go forward.

Is it possible that this lawsuit is just another arrow in the short-seller conspiracy's quiver? The funny thing is that if CCSI announces a great distribution and manufacturing deal, say next Monday, then the lawsuit is all the more valuable to the legal sharks.

Yow!!!A suit by Milberg Weiss, the finest class action law firm on the planet is scary. They wouldn't take the case if it weren't valid.

Longs should be concerned.

BTW Darby and David have sold over 3.4mm of stock. How much money have the longs made here?
