Tim, I think IBM's done a great job of turning the company. I wouldn't give all the credit to LGerstner, as I think he arrived on the scene in its worst hour from which positive change had to occur one way or another and the depth of talent is impressive.

The reinvention of IBM as a service, research and manufacturing company more directed to sensing world opportunity and customer needs first is also a major turn. However, in my opinion, share buybacks are supportive not accretive. As an investor I'd rather hear the "bad" news as it is, rather than have to sift through puzzeling diminished revenue and margins wondering how the per share earnings are maintained.
