Inexperienced investor. Where would I expect you to find the documents. Same place I find all of mine on the many other companies I research and track. The companies are only to happy to mail them to me. In addition I utilize the compustat data base to run the numbers. Name a company on the NASDQ, NYSE or AMSE and I will fill your computer with data. If you believe press releases are concrete I have a bridge to sell you. When are they going to file their form 10?? First it was by the end of June and in the last several days I have heard July. Another moving target?

FYI Michael, I stepped out to catch the X-Files movie with my better half, some people have a life other than sitting in front of a computer 16 hours a day. A letter of intent is just a piece of paper, try depositing a "letter of intent" at your local bank branch. Remember that GLOW can always back out of these so-called "DEALS" and issue a Press Release saying that they are "recalling the shares they used for the deal thereby reducing the outstanding shares thereby increasing EPS". Sound familiar? LOL... As they say in Hollywood.... SHOW ME THE MONEY!!! Peace Riccardo
