I don't think its that important at this time, since we do not know how many shares were oust when the 60% claim was made. However, it is something for the record in case these kinds of discrepancies persist. It may be an indication how well the company is being run. They say they are getting new documents printed and ready for distribution next week (guess they are expecting a flood of activity next week with the trade show demo), I've order a new investor kit and will wait and see what it has to say -- benefit of the doubt and that sort of thing.
