David,

The most interesting prospect to me will be the building of a much larger entity. Since I'm a buck and beyond guy, 28 cents will be simply a signpost along the way. I will cheer as we go through.

The market for protective laptop cases will grow, and BANY has a good product line and good name recognition and Governmental sales experience. I think BANY products have a reasonable, if not good chance of being sold at many more locations than they are now.

The stock is down 85% from where it was just 12 months ago. Volume has gone from perhaps 10,000 shares per day to over 80,000.

And Yost, IMO.....has a solid business plan to grow BANY quickly. He seems to have a good grasp of reality and wants to increase shareholder value. He has not hyped his stock. He is very confident that he can work the plan.

I think there is plenty to like with this little stock. Just sitting back checking my E-Mail each morning.......
