Bottomline

(Every weekend I question my portfolio... its a healthy and wealthy practice)

But correct me if I am wrong, but I expect like many others a 2-4 bagger in 3 to 6 months... to me this is no-brainer. But why do other investors not see this? Am I missing something? TSQD has rights to 23% of a (not soon to be but since registration will be) hot IPO. But actually I expected and I do believe others expected TSQD to be at $5 at the time of annoucement of DR.

All who have read this thread know I am long and I even added approximately 1000 shares today and will continue to do so every month at about this time.

I am not timing expert but I usally do far better then this.

Again I ask my question "Am I missing something?"

This is typical...

Sandvig, it is not unusual for registrations to go through stages from generalities to completion. IN fact, the prices don't get set until days before the offerring, sometimes they are changed minutes before the market opening. This open ended format allows companies flexibility in getting the best price for the best market conditions.

TTN just cancelled the Linkabit registration, feeling the market is too "soft" (actually, I think thats not true, Linkabit sales have gone into the crapper becasue of Malaysia, Linkabits biggest customer). BUt anyway, nothing is set in stone with the first registration.

My main point is: dDon't draw conlcusions about DR/TSQD management because the first registration has some blanks.
