Pretty hard to get any idea of what is in the works. Govt is a possibility, They are way behind the curve in so many areas and have a lot of catching up to do. The same can be said of Europe, and I think Arthurs background and contacts could help there. Also not the embedded base to fight that you have in this country. It is very hard to get people to try anything new here. Going to the industry experts is the smart thing to do in my opinion. They swing a lot of subtle power and are more open to the new and less swayed by the BS that companies use on end users.
I think now we will be seeing a distinct and solid improvement in revenues in the future. Earnings will not be there but they don't matter as does the increase in revenue. My feeling is that the impact Sand has to offer will be in the big network areas because it is there that the savings will stand out.I know a lot of people expected things to happen more quickly including myself. I think we all assumed that the software was pretty much ready for sale when we first heard about it. Obviously much work had to be done, and now largely is. Now the step of selling and training those who will develop end user stuff. If Sand surrounds itself with Pros which is Arthurs intent, they will get the job done. Amazingly, with little in the way of firm information, I felt very good after the call. I think we are all going to be surprised pleasantly in the next year. I feel it all is coming together, or at least the potential is there which was not before. Before we were wishing, now we have the reason to expect revenue progress, and that is the name of the game.
