According to recent insider trading reports it is clear that the former directors have not sold stock for many months. The final transactions reported for Peter Bradshaw is Oct/96; for Martin Holt Oct/97; and for former CFO Gerry Rosenquist Nov/97.

Of course persons who are not current directors or officers, or persons who do not hold more than 10% of the stock are not required to file insider trading reports. So we will never know what those persons have been doing lately. I've always been curious what the investment bankers did with their stock?

What I DO know for certain is this: the stock peaked at over $3.00 shortly after going public, when UIC had some $0.5 million in revenue. John Smyth couldn't have sold his escrow stock - and still can't - so I wonder who it was that was selling back then? Since then the company has increased revenues by about 500% even while the stock price has plunged by over 90%. That does not make sense to me.

No one is perfect. Not me. Not you. Not Mr. Smyth.

I have no bone to pick with you or anyone else. Reviewing your earlier posts to John Smyth it seems clear that you have another agenda in mind regarding both he and UIC. I do not wish to be drawn into that discussion and I will not allow that to happen. I don't wish to be rude but if you attempt to draw me into your personal battle I will simply not respond to your posts.

I would love to speak to the former directors of UIC. You seem well acquainted with them, please ask them to give me a call. Maybe we could have lunch? Better yet, they are grown ups. Let them speak for themselves. Ask them to post their stories here on SI. Your earlier bias was apparent to all readers, if these former directors are biased I am sure that will be apparent to readers as well.

For whatever it is worth, I've reviewed John Smyth's comments on SI and he appears forthcoming and honest. He responds to questions of all sorts and appears to be genuinely trying to build a company. Whenever I have asked him for information he has provided it. Anyone who has real information that investors can use to help judge the value of a company is welcome to provide that information.
