Actually NASD has a term for this sort of activity - it's called front running. Of course this may be typical Internet chatter but if its' true its' a violation of NASD rules and they could be fined. I found a page on this topic at NASD's web site:

There's lots of information regarding you're rights, marketplace rules, etc. on that site and is worth reading as a night time sedative especially if you're all nerves from riding the TDFX express. Have a nice weekend everyone, next week will be better, I hope. Joe C.
