Leo <David, your post is suspect IMO. First, I find it rare that any Fund Manger would make such a statement, and especially speak of exact "points".> What is suspect about the post? I got it from thestreet.com, where I linked the thread to the story. In the story they name the guy. Are you suggesting that I made it up? Or that thestreet.com made it up? What?

Dave

To Leo Francis:

Don't be surprise about Mr. Cramer. He is long MSFT and upset about JOD and 21 States lawsuit on MSFT. He uses thestreet.com as a vehicle to promote his longs and badmouth his SHORTS. In my opinion thestreet.com has no journalistic integrity. How in the world he knows NSCP will drop 3 points!?. He may have bought PUTS on NSCP?

Leo - Where did you get the information that NSCP will be parading some good news in the upcoming weeks?

Leo, there was a similar article in the latest Business Week saying that IBM is going the Apache route.. But it also said that Netscape may get on that bandwagon as well. What is disturbing is that Microsoft is also giving away server software. Seems everything Netscape tries to sell, Microsoft comes along to give it away ala the browser. What Netscape does have going for it is the web portal business and perhaps a big brother can come along and help them out. Perhaps ATT, IBM or maybe Sun.
