That absolutely doesn't matter. If you thought you could get 30% more by year end (even 20% more) you would hold out. Obviously they don't think so with any level of assurance.

I understand perfectly well that stock options are used as a form of compensation. But there is a "limit" to how much selling we can accept without raising an eyebrow. I don't think they are doing anything immoral, I think they are smart to do exactly what they did: SELL!
