<RX is a generous issuance of restricted shares...suitably diluted of course.> Now Hubert, you know that isn't the good Doctors style. He prefers unrestricted shares, so he doesn't have to hold them longer than a quarter. The Doc needs to be put on a strict allowance, hmm, say a salary... hmm, how'bout $100,000. That should cut the dilution by a huge factor<vbg>.As for the restricted, you know those are performance based.<LOL!>( usually after the first 1,000,000 or 2-3M share signing bonus has been cashed in)DD

My new found friend you are what I call a Word Smith ,it has been a long time since I have read such a smoth line of words strung together .. You are good. I enjoyed your thoughts and how true how true ... I had some serious thoughts about keeping this puppy for a while but I can see where the good DR. needs his creature comforts.. I was pleased to see our crop grow a small amount this past Friday, now if it will continue for a couple of days I can buy some new heart ache..

Regards Doug
