Evolution is a Religion complete with doctrines, mysteries and confessions of faith. Said microbiologist Michael Denton in EVOLUTION: A THEORY IN CRISIS: "One might have expected that a theory of such cardinal importance, a theory that literally changed the world, would have been something more than metaphysics, something more than a myth. ... in the final analysis we still know very little about how new forms of life arise. The origin of new beings on earth is still largely as enigmatic as when Darwin set sail on the Beagle" pg 358 Wrote Nobel winner Lecompte du Nouy in HUMAN DESTINY: "it is totally impossible to account scientifically for all phenomena pertaining to Life, its development and progressive evolution, and unless the foundations of modern science are overthrown, they are unexplainable. ... the appearance of constant temperature in birds is an immense and unquestionable liberation from the servitude to the environment and has, it must be admitted, all the unsatisfactory characteristics of absolute creation, whereas we FEEL that such cannot be the case. ... There is not a single fact or hypothesis today which gives an explanation of the birth of life or natural evolution. ... the convinced materialist shows a powerful, even though negative, faith, when he obstinately continues to believe, without any proof, that the beginning of life, evolution, man's brain, and the birth of moral ideas will some day be scientifically accounted for. He forgets that this would necessitate the complete transformation of modern science, and that, consequently, his conviction is based on purely sentimental reasons." Pgs 36,72, 134 Longmans, Green &Co NY 1947 Said Richard Leakey in ORIGINS: "Inescapably, it is a matter of faith, and this makes the whole problem more challenging and more exciting." [Chapter 5, summing up paucity of evidence re: Ramapithecus] Darwin: "If my theory be true it is indisputable that before the lowest Silurian stratum was deposited ... the world swarmed with living creatures. To the question why we do not find records of these vast primordial periods I can give no satisfactory answer." [His Silurian strata are now called Cambrian] For 139 years precambrian metazoa have been priority targets of paleontologic exploration. They're still missing, but all evolutionist believe in them nevertheless. See TIME 12/4/95 EVOLUTION'S BIG BANG M G Rutten, Professor of Geology, Utrecht, Netherlands wrote in THE ORIGIN OF LIFE, 1971, PG 137: "the absence of discrete morphological forms in these early stages of life precludes the possibility of providing recognizable fossils. Nevertheless, there are certain considerations to be drawn as to WHAT MUST HAVE HAPPENED ANYWAY SOMETIME." Burglars have better alibis! Did the professor not hear of petroleum microbiology wherein fossilized protozoa are analyzed? Methinks it better to admit Mind created matter, than matter created Mind. You'd rejoice if you came to know Him! Don
