I do not know the actual status of the claims. Were they refiled with the BLM under IPM's name? Come september when the claim fees are due, whoever's name is on the claims has to pay the fees. If they are not paid by the claim holder, they become wide open. If they are under IPM name, Runyon will have to refile and pay fee to get claims back. If they are still under Runyon name, he can just pay fee and the claims are his again.
