LM: It is certainly important to put their cash to good use but, no, I have no information about any prospective acquisitions at this time. It appears Mr. Hilliou's initial focus, based on his comments during the latest conference call and recent news, is to get AB&G's internal operations in order. Cost-cutting, management re-organization, office relocation, and investor communications appear to be the top priorities at the moment.

I have to presume some deals are in the works but I think we will hear little, if anything, about them until they are COMPLETED. Actually, I hope this is so. Personally, I am not much interested in any more press releases about "Letters of Intent". As we saw recently with the Mississippi situation, a letter of intent is pretty meaningless.

In my opinion, Mr. Hilliou is the "real deal". I have been pleased with what I have seen so far. It will be nice to see documentary evidence of the impact of his actions but I have no doubt that his recent statements are much more than idle talk.

I agree with Reid, if we can get past the South Carolina Supreme Court case, BNGO's future looks very good. I sure hope that gets resolved soon, it has been over two months now since arguments were presented.
