Thank you Mark ,, I intend to do that ,, CEO has agreed for me to make copies of all pertinent filings,,contracts,, leases,, I intend to do so ,, .. also I am still waiting to hear from a member who lives one hour away and is a CPA,, I asked him to come and meet me on Friday,,if you know any one else in Boca ,, please let me know ..

Mark, No offense meant, but if you aren't in the stock, and you hold no relationship to the company or any present or past principals, why stick around . If you are just trying to help novice investors , then I am all for your comments. Personally, I am waiting to see some facts before I make any judgements. Especially when the only proof anyone has given that the PRESENT company isn't doing what they say they are, is a lot of speculation from one person. If Mex finds out that everything isn't as they say , then I will personally call BS on everyone involved. Just MHO. LFISKY
