Yeah, this is a great site!! We'll see more and more of this type of public documentation being made available to investors doing diligence. But I don't recall seeing too many corporate officers also filling the shoes of registered agent as well. But then again, I haven't really looked too many examples. I just to recall some program or other that mentioned that you needed a registered agent in the state of incorporation and I thought that it couldn't be an office of the company. Oh well.. this doesn't strike me as anything of consequence either way. Regards, Ron
