*EVERYONE PLEASE READ...THIS IS IMPORTANT* I made a post earlier today asking everyone for a share count of the Preferred. I have had several, several responses, and will be posting the results as soon as I can get a tally of all of it. At first glance, it looks like on the "P" side, no one really sold, or if they did, their shares were picked up by SI members. All in all, it looks pretty good. Again, a final tally will be posted in the very near future. However, I am concerned because many of the responses say things like "please keep me on the MIDL email", or "Add me to your email list". This is distressing to me, because I want everyone to understand that I do not produce an MIDL email, or any other regular email for that matter. I simply volunteered to keep the tally, because I personally do not feel that it is appropriate for the company's IR person, while he may be one of the largest individual investors, to maintain this record. I am not a mouthpiece for this or any other company (except my own, so if you want insurance, let's talk!). We all get out information from the same place (IR), and I should not be considered a "source of information" for this company. Any questions of that nature should be directed to the company's IR (Gary) if you want an official response. If you ask me, you are going to get my opinion only, which may not necessarily reflect that of anyone associated with this company. Thanks for understanding. :-) Binder
