Richard, lawyers know for weeks ahead of us, then of course, their barbers and secretaries, and limo drivers, and sisters and brothers etc. Of course management knows and talk to major investors and other companies, who knows. We will see monday, if we get a sharp down day and then the stock refuse to go further down, this hypothesis might be correct.
