Would you be so concerned about the insider selling if you knew that MILLIONS of DOLLARS were being given to Charitable Foundations?

I suppose that if you get the money, you shouldn't try to help the less fortunate.

Techie, you mis-spelled winning. Anyway, my point is insiders
have been selling this stock since it went public in 1988.
Why should we all of a sudden view this as an ominous sign?
Show me the statistical significance.
