Ok Bob, how do you want to characterize the geography there in Chambers. Mountainous would you say - no not that. Ok, rolling hills then - no not that either I suppose. Bayou basins, salt water marshes, swamps - none of that is there either you say? Valuable real estate is it? Do they have the mineral rights to this valuable land? Or is it like that 290 acres of land next to that fabulous oil and gas find that they don't have the mineral rights to? Let's hear your description of that area. Perhaps I am not using the most accurate description that I could, though swampy is my recollection of having been through there some years ago. But I am eager to learn, and quite prepared to be mistaken. I am most curious to hear your description of this area of Texas.
