Daddy,
You truely are the Man!!! You big lug!! <LOL>
Roland says, even today that Puhr is still attempting to secure financing. I make no opinion on this whatsoever except tosay Roland & Gary haven't taken his daily calls very seriously in a long time yet seem to be taking the latest a little more seriously. Roland also states they are moving ahead and progressing with other deal(s) as well.
I am only reporting what I've learned, no opinion, I'm in 'wait & see' mode.
We must take in to account that RB & GM 's compensation are those 144's, not only do we have to be trading, they can only sell on upticks (after filing with the SEC)....so as the 10K is being audited, they claim to be hard at work to commence trading with something that will intice buying.

Waiting and reading nay misinformation day in and day out gets one pretty apprehensive, hang in there!!

To martin & tonto, yeah, I'll reproduce those posts after;
1) tonto informs the thread how he obtained B Marts personal & confidential info
2) He finishes his M0rk/Morgan & Mork/Raabe stories.

Daddy,

Unfortunately, Morgan probably has been advised not to state anything in writing. Should he still be under investigation for his actions as CEO of RMIL by the SEC, he could plead "the fifth" and refuse to cooperate and it would be more difficult for the SEC to assemble a case.

That is why their "official" silence has been so troubling. No news releases or 10Q (no audit necessary) reflect that there might be something to hide.

JMHO.

Regards,

Ron
