"s",

"My information is shared, just not here."

I sincerely believe that you and tonto and others do have information which the shareholders do not and which you share among yourselves. This substantiates the point which Al was trying to make earlier in the week regarding paranoia among the yeas.

We see a network of people with no vested interest in our company doing whatever they can to expose the negatives. When they do choose to share with us, it is only a hint or a tidbit, never the full story. We see this as a form of taunting, an effort to show that you are superior to us. You are correct in your statement that we are not receptive to that type of "truth". And, after enough months of exposure to this type of truth, we tend not to want to believe you even when you tell us something which is pretty blatantly for our good.

It showed up very well earlier this week when everyone thought that getting their shares transferred to DLJ might be a good plan. That is until you guys said it looked like a good idea. This started people wondering. I'm sure you were aware that is what would happen and I imagine you were busily PM'ing "gggg"s to each other. I'll give you guys credit. The mind games do exact a toll.

Of course, the question always looms very large "why do they do it?" It certainly makes most of us think that there is some sort of conspiracy and that there must be a very good reason that someone really doesn't want this stock to ever trade again, and we wonder why that might be.

So, while you have done your "thing" very well, it has backfired to the extent that it has served as the single most unifying action for us shareholders. For that, you have our appreciation.

Regards,

AD

"s",

By the way, when I saw "congratulations Angel", at first I thought you were referring to the fact that I was posting to the correct person on the correct thread. <VBG>
