I'm looking at MTEI and trying to figure out how the $2.85 per share was calculated. Can any MTEI shareholders do the simple math on a message post response to me? If I understand correctly, you folks are counting on revenues of $110,000,000 - $180,000,000 out of the West Virginia areas. Is this an accurate statement? 70 million outstanding would mean $2.57 at $180,000,000 By the way, someone misspoke on the entry message. The outstanding can not be 20 million and restricted 50 million. Restricted is part of the outstanding total. You can never have more restricted shares than that are outstanding. As restricted are part of the outstanding share pool... the remainder becomes the float (the outstanding which are not restricted = float) If you wondering to what I'm refering to, its the opening message for the MTEI board. It states the stock is worth $2.85. Thank you. -DavidCG

People are telling me there's money to be made here. But some things don't make sense yet. There are too many questions without good answers. If the questions get answered, on the public record not via hearsay phone conversations, then I'll be able to decide if I should invest or just go away. Right now, the story just doesn't make sense. Financial statements exist, we're told. When will they be made public? CL P.S. You call it 'digging up dirt'? Hmm, is there dirt to be found here? Your words, not mine.....
