Well, yeah, on good days. But there was a intilleckshewall point there too.
Which was that while these fora are almost entirely made up of Americans and Canadians accustomed to North American standards of clarity and openness in corporate/political dealings and especially in bookkeeping, much of the world does not operate on those levels. I don't know if you've ever tried to look into a mejicano corporation, but good luck if you do - you have to pay big bucks for 'independent' analysis, and even then you know they're just guessing - the companies tell you what they want you to hear, period. The US SEC regs end at the coasts and the R¡o Bravo, and for that matter, at the 49th parallel as well.

And M‚xico will keep clear books long before Japan does, imho ...... cheers
